Got a question?  You can email us [email protected].

What time can stallholders arrive for setup and when must pack-down be completed?

Set up from 7am. All vehicles off site by 9.30am. Pack down from 2pm. No vehicle allowed to move within the domain before 2pm.

What equipment do I need to bring (gazebo, tables, power leads, weights, etc.)?

All of the above. Power leads if you have been allocated a powered site. Community groups placed within the Community Hub tent will not require their own gazebo.

Is power available on site, and how do I request or book it?

We have limited availability of power sites, issued on a first come, first served basis, requested on your application form. There is no extra charge for our powered sites.

Where should stallholders park and unload their vehicles during setup?

Vehicles can be brought into the domain to unload and to reload. Vehicles must be off the domain by 9.30am with plenty of on road parking in surrounding streets.

Are there any permits, insurance, or food safety requirements I need to provide before the event?

All stall holders are responsible for their own insurance for equipment and goods. Food safety certification is required for any stalls selling food for human consumption.
